We accept all returns
We understand that sometimes there may be a need to return a product.

For your convenience, we accept all returns within 10 days of the date you received your order.

Refunds will be processed on the same day we receive the items back and will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Please note that gift cards and additional gift boxes are non-refundable.

To process your return, all items must be returned unused in their original packaging and boxes.

If you need to return an item due to damage, please contact us, and we will ship another item to you free of charge.

In such cases, there is no need to return the damaged item, although we may ask for pictures of the damage.

Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted in all return cases, except for those involving an exchange or damage.
